INSURANCE AND THE TECHNOLOGY REVOLUTION I
The objective of this course is to prepare insurance agents for the digital transformation that is affecting the insurance industry. The internet has already accelerated the insurance process and with the introduction of new technologies there is an urgent need to educate the existing insurance product distribution workforce as well as prepare the next generation insurance professional. In this course we will review previous and current business processes as well as introduce new innovations that being used to improve the time tested but outdated workflows. This journey begins with the insured and how they obtain insurance.
